On finding a suitable property you will need to complete an Application Form and pay the Administration Fee.  This fee is to cover all administration costs in processing your application and submitting these to the Landlord along with the registration of your bond.

REFERENCES

We apply for all references but in general we will need Employers references, present and/or previous Landlord, personal reference and Bank references.  ID and proof of address is also required.  The reference process generally takes approximately 2 weeks.

RENT AND BOND

Once a tenancy has been agreed we will organise a date for you to sign your agreements and generally you will be asked to provide one months rent in advance and one months rent as a bond, this will be registered with DPS and you will be given a certificate.  You will then be given the keys along with the Inventory for the property which should be checked and returned as soon as possible.  We inform all Utilities of your occupation.

DO OUR LANDLORDS ACCEPT HOUSING BENEFIT?

Unfortunately most of our Landlords currently do not accept Housing Benefit unless you are able to financially support your tenancy without relying on Housing Benefit payments.  Please call us to discuss this.
